Emma Rose Consignment Boutique Policy
Before consigning any items, it will be the responsibility of the consignor to eliminate any items with visible defects, stains or tears. We reserve the right to donate any items found to have noticeable stains or defects.
Consigned item selling period is 90 days. After 90 days, consignors have a 10 day grace period to pick up unsold items. Please call to setup a pick-up date and time. Any items not picked up during the 10 day grace period will become property of Emma Rose Consignment and may be donated.
Emma Rose Consignment sets the prices on all consigned items. Revisions of the asking price may be made at the store’s discretion.
When an item is sold, the consignor will receive 40% of the selling price.
Checks are available for pick-up at the store (or mailed upon request for out of state consignors.) Checks can only be requested once in a 30 day period. Emma Rose Consignment will not re-issue any checks once they have left the store. Any checks not cashed after 6 months shall be forfeited by client.
We will do our best to protect your items but we are not responsible for loss or damage to any items for any reason, including fire or theft.
